Once we receive your check-out form, and you've left the apartment, Comforts Of Italy will drop by to collect your keys and to assess the apartment.
If damages are found, any applicable costs or sanctions will be divided equally among all apartment residents, unless individuals claim responsibility for specific damages and notify us prior to check-out.
If you fail to properly complete one or more of the check-out tasks (in the form below), please be aware that you may be subject to sanctions.
